Heeere we go again! It's Monday my peeps, our time to shine together :) How are we doing out there tonight?? Wouldn't that be cool if we could all be in the same place at the same time, right now, and just meet and party with each other and share stories, and love, and all the beauty of life?? We should invent a tool on Skype where you can just have one humongous visual chat session with thousands of peeps from all over the universe, all at once. Ok fine. I'm being preposterous. No one said Albert Einstein was sane!!


Happy Columbus Day everybody :) And to all our Canadians.... Happy Thanksgiving! I'm pretty jelz (jealous) of that right now.. you are having a fatty turkey feast and celebrating with your folks. Rock on. I can't wait for that. I will be headed back to the Los Angeles area to be with my fam for that holiday. Woop woop crazy Zerboni family lovin' timeeee.


I'm certainly loving the Fall here in NY though!! It's been a beautiful one so far.. and so many fun events and local happenings to be a part of. To my Buffalo folks.. how 'bout them Bills huh??! :) Soo awesome. I actually went to the game yesterday and watched them take down Philly (kinda like us ;-) and had SUCH a good time. Mr. Sahlen invited the *Flash family* and we were in a beautiful suite with a great view. If you ask me... it doesn't get much better than that! It was a good time cheering on our fellow athletes here in WNY, and who doesn't like to win?? :-P I hope we cultivated a magical winning environment here and the Bills and Sabres grab on to that and keep it going! A great place to play... lots of top notch sports fans in the area. They really know how to rep their teams!!


I'm also pretty pumped to support a local college rivalry here on Saturday... Canisius plays Niagara in women's soccer at 7pm at Demske Sports Complex in Buffalo…come support!!. Some of us Flashers will be there and be doing a presentation at half time!


And earlier that day, Alex Sahlen and I will be headin' over to the Bill's Field House to be a part of the WNY Girls in Sports. Mrs. Wilson, wife of Buffalo Bills owner Ralph Wilson, holds an annual event to encourage health and fitness in the young women of our community. She is an awesome lady, love hanging out with her, and the Flash are honored to be part of her vision in making a difference!


This past weekend I was hangin' out in Rochester. It was a gorgeousss day for some fun and soccer. I got to run a coaches clinic which was neat, and train the u-14 Cobras FC girls. It was a cool opportunity.. especially when I remember always seeing the Cobras at our games repping for the Flash! Holler!


Sooo I can barely sit still right now because tomorrow I'm gunna be in Rochester again, and get this, hangin' out with the American Outlaws! We'll be watching the US men's game together at Outlaw supporters bar called the Back Nine. I'll tell you right now before I even get there, that it's gunna be a crazy time! Everybody already knows the Outlaws know how to get rowdy even if it’s on TV!! It's going to get wiiild, and the US is going to win. That's pretty much the gist of it. But I'll give you more deets (details) after it goes down. ...... woooooo GO FLASH!!! 2012 baby!! very very excited to officially be back here next year :) It's the place to be! Best thing going in the WPS, and I mean that on more than one (Championship) level :-P

In honor of Columbus day, a day of exploration and discovery.... let's remember that it's better to explore life and make mistakes than to play it safe.. mistakes are the dues we pay for living life to the full! Afterall, it's not the falling down, it's the staying down that is considered failure. I'm sure Columbus took many risks and made many wrong turns before discovering the great Americas! As a professional athlete, I fully believe I have to explore my opportunities to the max, in order for me to excel and become the best player I can be. Let's explore our minds, discover our true selves, then give the best of ourselves to the world! There are magical and heroic opportunities waiting to be discovered in every person! :)
