1. What are the three things you can never be without while traveling?
A: iPod, laptop, movies

2. If you didn’t play professional soccer, what other profession would you want to try – and why?
A: Chiropractic, because it’s my second love…buuuut I’ve always had a childhood dream of becoming one of Janet Jackson’s backup dancers.

3. What’s your perfect day off?
A: Sunny day, I’m outside hopefully on a beach or at least by the water, probably lounging because my body hurts, sipping a Starbucks iced vanilla non-fat latte, listening to my friends tell ridiculous stories and people watching.

4. What famous person most inspires you and why?
A: Ellen DeGeneres. She is a very strong woman who has survived much criticism and scrutiny, and has rebuilt her career and pieced together her life to become one of televisions biggest talk-show hosts and a female celebrity icon. She is extremely successful and powerful, and has become an inspiration to many women including myself because she got to where she is now through humor and by staying true to herself. Take life with a grain of salt, laughter is key.

A: Celine Dion, Demi Moore, Tina Fey, Princess Diana
