2009
• Voted onto inaugural WPS All-Star Team as a starter.
• Named WPS Player of the Week for Week 7.
• Made 18 starts as Athletica Captain, scoring two goals and one assist.
• Struck game winning goal from a corner kick on May 9 vs. FC Gold Pride to give Saint Louis first win in franchise history.
• Scored game winning goal on a 40-yard drive at FC Gold Pride on July 5.
• Chalupny was the most fouled player in the WPS, suffering 46 fouls.
• Was Athletica’s second leading shooter with 35 shots attempted.
International Career
2009
• Started five games for the United States, has been capped 92 times to date.
• Captained the United States on October 29 at Germany.
• Named co-captain of the U.S. Women’s National Team.
• Made sixth appearance in the annual Algarve Cup in southern Portugal.
• Played two matches at Algarve Cup reaching championship game.
• Chalupny has played 19 Algarve Cup games to date and has been on four U.S. Algarve Cup championship teams.
2008
• Olympic gold medalist in the Beijing games.
• Played in five Olympic matches, scored against Japan in the semi-final match.
• Chalupny switched from midfield to left back, played in 21 of the USA’s 22 matches in that position before the Olympics, started in 19 of those games.
• Heading into the Olympics Chalupny was a team leaders in minutes played.
2007
• Played in every game for the USA during the 2007 season.
• On field for every minute of the 2007 Women’s World Cup in China.
• Scored game-winning goal against Nigeria in a World Cup group stage match.
• Netted a goal and an assist in the third-place match against Norway.
• Scored against China at the Four Nations Tournament while helping the U.S. to a 2-0 win and the tournament title.
2006
• Earned two starts at the Four Nations Tournament in China.
• In China she suffered a serious concussion, was out for four months.
2005
• Started all four matches at that year’s Algarve Cup playing mostly at left back.
• Made six total starts for the U.S. and scored against Canada.
2004
• Member of the Olympic Residency Training Camp.
• Capped four times and scored first career goal on May 9 against Mexico.
2003
• Earned one cap in 2003 against Italy.
Collegiate Career
• Chalupny was a four-year standout at the University of North Carolina.
• Two-time All-American and a three-time All-ACC selection.
• As sophomore was an integral part of the Tarheel’s squad that posted a 27-0-0 record on their way to winning an NCAA National Championship.
• Final UNC stats read 30 goals and 32 assists.
