He went on to serve as Ticket Sales Manager for Real Salt Lake from 2004 to 2006 where he was instrumental in successfully launching one of the best expansions in Major League Soccer history as RSL averaged 18,037 fans in its inaugural year.  He also earned a Top 10 in MLS Season Ticket Sales and Overall Revenue while at RSL.

Zaskowski has spent the last two years as the Vice President of Ticket Sales for the MISL expansion Detroit Ignition.  In Detroit, Zaskowski successfully sold out 11 out of 15 regular season games during the team’s inaugural season and led the team in ticket revenue generation.

What I do for Chicago Red Stars: I live for Chicago Red Stars

Favorite place in Chicago: The curve on Lake Shore Drive by Oak Street Beach and the Drake Hotel)

Favorite place in the burbs: Ravinia in Highland Park

Favorite band: Van "Freakin" Halen. All forms of the band - even the stint with that Extreme guy

Favorite band I've never seen in concert: The Beatles

Best soccer game I've ever seen:
On TV: USA Men over Mexico at the 2002 WC
In Person: Victor Nogueira, a young Brett Hall, Pato Margetic, Karl Heinz Granitza, Frank Klopas, Batata and the rest of the Chicago Sting vs Krys Sobieski, Stan Terlecki and the rest of the Pittsburgh Spirit in MISL action, circa 1985-86. I was only a 2nd grader at the time, but Brett Hall left an impression on me with his hard nosed, no nonsense tackles. I feared him - and I was sitting in the balcony at the Old Chicago Stadium. I didn't know much about soccer back then, but I knew that I wanted to stay away from Brett. Also leaving impressions on me that season: Stanley Sting, Kaz Deyna, Tatu, my Sting foam finger (that I still own), my long black sleeved/yellow bodied Sting Jersey (that I no longer own), the two Hispanic ladies that sat behind us, who personally tore up copies upon copies of old newspapers, so that the fans would have confetti to throw after Sting goals and the horn at Chicago Stadium.

Thank you, Lee Stern. Also, thanks to my dad for taking me to that game, inadvertently volunteering himself and my mother to years of driving me to and from my soccer practices and games.

Other jobs I've had: Computer Lab Assistant at Northern Kentucky University - GO NORSE!

City I want to visit: Prague

If I could live in another decade, which one would it be and why: 70's, Because I've seen pictures and it seems like everyone in the 70's could grow a mustache. I'd like to have a mustache.

Number of states I've visited: 36

Number of countries I've visited: 7, i think 7

Greatest natural wonder I've seen: Well, of the seven true natural wonders (Mount Everest, The Great Barrier Reef, The Grand Canyon, Victoria Falls, The Harbor of Rio de Janeiro, Paricutin Volcano and The Northern Lights), I've only seen one. That would be the Harbor of Rio de Janeiro.

Roller Derby Name:  zazPOWski

Second favorite restaurant in Chicago: Jim's Original (the origin of Chicago's beloved Polish sausage)

Hometown/What I miss about my hometown: Chicago Baby! What I USED to miss about Chicago is the Work Hard/Play Hard attitude of its people. Also, it seems as if everyone is within 6 degrees of separation of each other in Chicago. I think that has to do with Midwest hospitality. They say of New York (I think), "If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere". I say, "If you can make it in Chicago, why go anywhere else"
