International:
  • Added to the U.S. Women’s National Team training camp for the first time in 2001
  • Trained with the U.S. Women’s National Team prior to the 2002 Four Nations Tournament in China
  • Traveled to France in 2000 with the U-21 National Team
  • Took part in training with the U-21 National Team in the 1999
Club:
  • Played in the WUSA with the Atlanta Beat from 2001-2003
  • Notched an assist in the 2001 WUSA Championship Game against the San Jose CyberRays
  • Recorded three assists in each of the first two seasons with the Beat
  • Named Atlanta’s Defensive MVP in 2002
  • Moved to Germany in 2003 to join FCC Turbine Potsdam (German Frauen Bundesliga)
  • Continued playing abroad in 2004 for the German team WFL Wolfsburg, and spent a partial season in Sweden with Stattena IF
  • Began playing for FC Indiana (WPSL) in 2005, helping lead the team to the league championship that season
  • Played with the Atlanta Classics of the W-League from 1997-2000

  • Was a stand-out member of Clemson Lady Tiger’s defensive Line
  • Selected as one of the Top 50 Players in ACC history
  • In 2000, helped the Tigers to the Elite 8 in the NCAA tournament, a 19-3-1 record, and the Tigers’ first ACC crown
  • An All-American and All- Southeast Region selection in 2000
  • Named to the All-ACC Tournament Team in 1998 and 1999

  • Attended McIntosh High School in Peachtree City, Ga., where she helped lead the team to a 1995 State Championship
  • Played for the Atlanta Lightening and Tophat Soccer Club, competing in Youth National Championships

    A Book, Cell Phone, Computer
  2. If you didn’t play professional soccer, what other profession would you try – and why?
    Anything where I could travel because I love experiencing new places and cultures
  3. What’s your perfect day off?
    Relaxing with my husband and dog at the beach.
  4. What famous person most inspires you and why?
    Laird Hamilton (surfer): 1st big wave surfer because he’s still an elite surfer at his age and he lives every bit of his life as a professional athlete…to be the best!
  5. If you had a dinner party, who are the four people you would invite (can be living or dead)?
    My husband, my two sisters and Will Farrell.
  6. If there were one adjective to describe you, what would it be?
    Passionate
