International:
  • 2006 U.S. Soccer Young Female Athlete of the Year. Made senior international debut on 10/1/2006 vs. Chinese Taipei. Won the Nordic Cup with the U.S. U-21s in 2007. Awarded the Bronze Ball at the 2006 FIFA U-20 Women's World Championship as the tournament's third most valuable player. Scored a pair of goals against Germany in the quarterfinals. Came off the bench against China in the semifinals and converted her penalty kick in the shootout. Also came off the bench against Brazil in the third-place game and converted her PK in the shootout.

Club:
  • Helped Pali Blues SC to the 2008 W-League championship. Played in 11 games, leading the team in goals (six) and points scored (15).

College:
  • Helped UCLA to four straight NCAA College Cups from 2004-2007.  Earned All-Pac-10 first team honors three times.  Started all 24 games as a senior and was the Bruins' second leading goal scorer with 15, and also added eight assists. As a sophomore in 2005, led the Pac-10 with 46 points on 21 goals and four assists.  Scored game-winner against Princeton in the 2004 NCAA semifinals as a freshman.

High School / Youth Club:
  • Daughter of LaVonne and Lawrence Adams. Has one brother, Damaris. Enjoys playing basketball and volleyball in her spare time. Majored in psychology at UCLA. Claims to be a good ping-pong player.  Admires Kobe Bryant and Mia Hamm. Owns Shaker Heights High School single-season records for goals and assists.
