2008 Olympic Draw

The 2008 Olympic Draw will determine the groups for the 12-team tournament.  Thus far, China (host), the U.S. (CONCACAF), Canada (CONCACAF), Japan (AFC), North Korea (AFC), Germany (UEFA), Norway (UEFA), Sweden (UEFA), Argentina (CONMEBOL), Nigeria (CAF) and New Zealand (Oceania) have qualified for the Beijing Games.  Brazil, who finished second in South America, will face Ghana, Africa's second place team, on the eve of the draw, April 19, in Beijing to determine the final Olympic berth.  View more information on Olympic qualifying.
