TICKET REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Freedom tickets are non-refundable. Freedom Season Ticket Holders may exchange their unused game tickets for seats of equal or lesser value for any future 2010 regular season home game at the same venue by delivering the unused tickets to the Washington Freedom 48 hours prior the requested game. Seat locations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Unused tickets may not be exchanged for playoff or championship games. This benefit is only available to Season Ticket Holders. All other tickets are non-exchangeable.
