Induction into the Hall of Freedom is the highest honor that the Washington Freedom women’s professional soccer club bestows upon its former players and personnel, with membership extended in recognition of exceptional achievements, dedication and service to the club.

On Sunday, May 3rd, Mia Hamm and Siri Mullinix became the first Freedom alumnae to be inducted into the ‘Hall of Freedom’.  And on Sunday, July 5th, Freedom alum Steffi Jones, now President of the Organising Committee for the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup Germany, will join the Hall of Freedom, together with the late David Vanole, formerly the Freedom’s Assistant Coach.
