Coaching Staff Scouting for New Talent
Tony DiCicco and Lisa Cole

Westwood, Mass. (October 16, 2009) - Boston Breakers Head Coach Tony DiCicco and Assistant Coach Lisa Cole continue to scout for collegiate players entering the 2010 WPS Draft in addition to new international talent.  The coaching staff has been traveling coast to coast keeping a close eye on NCAA Women’s soccer games and across the sea at international matches.

The Breakers will pick #2 and #11 overall in the first round of the 2010 WPS Draft in January.  This year’s graduating class arguably displays the best depth in talent over the past few years with players expected to make significant contributions to WPS.  DiCicco and Cole are scouting which players will best fit in Boston and help improve on next year’s record.

“We are impressed with the talent level coming out of this year’s senior class,” said Assistant Coach Lisa Cole.  “Tony and I are excited about the players we can pick up in the first, second, and third rounds.”
