• In her senior year at UCONN Cross played in all 22 games recording
two goals and three assists.
• Finished her collegiate career with 92 games played, 13 goals and eight
assists.
• Made the transition from midfielder to defender prior to this year.
• Nominated for the M.A.C. Hermann Award.

2005
• Started 20 of 22 games tallying five goals and one assist.
• Started the year as midfielder but started her transition to defender
where she helped UCONN to a 1.27 goals against average.
• Named to the All-Big East Second Team, the NSCAA All-Northeast
First Team and the UCONN Classic All-Tournament Team.

2004
• Started 24 of 26 games scoring three times.

2003
• Started in all 22 games she played in.
• Named to the All-Big East Freshman Team.
• Honored as a Soccer America Freshman All-American.
• All of Cross’ points scored during her freshman year came during the
NCAA tournament. Scored a goal and two assists in NCAA
Quarterfinal as she helped lead UCONN to the NCAA Championship
game.

1. What are the three things you can never be without while traveling?
A: My Ipod, cell phone, and a book. Anything to make the time pass while traveling long hours.

2. If you didn’t play professional soccer, what other profession would you want to try – and why?
A: I would want to coach college soccer, I think that I could never be away from the game. Its something I have wanted to do and hope to pursue after I retire from playing.

3. What’s your perfect day off?
A: The perfect day off would involve sleeping in without being woken up by an alarm clock followed by a relaxing day of movies and spending time alone.

4. What famous person most inspires you and why?
A: Bono inspires me because he is so talented and successful, but also gives a great deal of his time and wealth to those less fortunate.

5. If you had a dinner party, who are the four people you would invite (can be living or dead)?
A: Ellen, JFK, Judas, and Jackie Robinson

6. If there were one adjective to describe you, what would it be?
A: Independent

7. What’s on your workout / pre-game iPod playlist?
A: Relaxing music like Kings of Leon, Ra Ra Riot, Jack’s Mannequin with a little bit of T.I. and Beyonce mixed in.
