Full name is Lindsay Catherine Massengale. She spent three years as an assistant coach for Idaho State where she handled all the strength and conditioning aspects of the team and coordinated the team’s pre and postseason workout programs. Before her coaching stint with ISU, Massengale spent two years with the Dons as the head strength and conditioning coach at the University of San Francisco. Before reaching that position, Massengale had spent two years working with the women’s soccer program at USF and gained a good reputation for developing and implementing strength programs, as well as assisting with injury rehabilitation and off-season conditioning programs. In addition to doing strength and conditioning coach for athletes from the collegiate ranks, Massengale has helped athletes from the NHL, WUSA, MLB, NFL, and the Women’s Olympic hockey teams get in top form for their respective sports.
