The Independence encourages you to make the game an event the whole family will enjoy! The general parking lots will be open for our Fan Fest and tailgating beginning an hour and a half prior to kickoff and fans are permitted to bring food and beverages to enjoy outside the stadium. Tailgating at Widener is permitted and encouraged. In parking lot areas, propane grills are PERMITTED. In grassy areas, propane grills are NOT PERMITTED due to fire hazard. Please use good judgment and be considerate of fellow fans to make the event enjoyable for everyone in attendance.
