The staff of Sky Blue Soccer - the parent company of Sky Blue FC - brings a rich and diverse background to the job. The staff members are business executives, authors, and energetic recent college grads, all knowledgeable in every facet of the “beautiful game.” Thomas Hofstetter and Francesco Prandoni, the owners of the franchise, bring a wealth of business and soccer experience to their positions with Sky Blue Soccer.

President/CEO: Thomas Hofstetter, grew up playing soccer in his native Germany, and continued through adulthood in an over-35 indoor league in the U.S. He built a management consulting group and private equity investment company (Exolution, Inc.), and is the CEO of Points Consulting LLC, that provides strategic consulting and outsourcing services to various industries. He is also the father of four soccer-playing children, three of them girls. His wife Chris, a Sky Blue staff member, also plays in an over-40 soccer league.

CFO: Francesco Prandoni, a native of Italy, also grew up playing soccer, and carried on that tradition in adult indoor leagues in the U.S. He is the head a family of passionate Serie A (Italian professional league) fans, including his four bi-lingual soccer-playing daughters. He also has extensive business planning and operations experience in large global corporations, and is the owner of DOC International, a global logistic and meeting planning company with offices in New Jersey, Los Angeles and Italy.
