Second place in the Women’s Professional Soccer standings is on the line as the unbeaten Chicago Red Stars host the Boston Breakers Saturday night at TOYOTA PARK. The Red Stars feature one of the league’s stingiest back lines, having allowed just one goal in three matches. Goalkeeper Caroline Jönsson has posted two clean sheets in three starts and leads the league with 20 saves. Boston features the league’s top offense and is coming off the first three-goal output in WPS history.

Saturday’s game is the first of two that will be webcast by the Red Stars this season through the team’s website, http://www.chicagoredstars.com. Veteran soccer play-by-play man Dean Linke, former voice of the WUSA Carolina Courage, heads the Red Stars broadcast team. He’s joined in the booth by analyst Danielle Slaton, a former member of the U.S. Women’s National Team, WUSA Defender of the Year and current assistant coach at Northwestern University.

Swedish defender Frida Östberg returns to the Chicago lineup this week after sitting out the home opener because of a red card received in the Washington match. Östberg will wear the captain’s arm band Saturday for the first time at TOYOTA PARK. The Red Stars will be without Brazilian striker Cristiane who was called into international duty for a friendly against Germany earlier in the week.
