Stephanie Schafer serves as the Boston Breakers Equipment Manager. Her responsibilities are to oversee the daily organization of all training gear and equipment, as well as ensure the team is adequately prepared and taken care of on game days.  

In 2008 Stephanie interned with Harvard University's Department of Athletics in their Events and Operations division. This past fall she served as the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach for Curry College in Milton, Mass. Stephanie also coaches with Eastern Mass FC's U- 14 girls team.

Stephanie graduated from Temple University in the Fall of 2007 with a degree in Sport and Recreation Management. During her time at Temple Stephanie was a member of their women's soccer team. She currently resides in Allston, Mass.
