3. Apply on race day. Due to the large turnout expected, we strongly recommend you pre-register by Monday, March 1st to avoid late sign up fees.
***Liability Waiver: Upon acceptance of my entry, I for myself, hereby release the Atlanta Beat, Atlanta Beat Soccer Foundation, YWCA of Northwest Georgia, Kennesaw State University, Cobb County, the race organizers, and all sponsors and officials of the “A Race to Empower a Bold Community” from any and all liability arising from illness, injury or death I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event and am aware that my participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury. Should officials determine that completion of this event would be injurious to my health, I consent to be removed from and treated by the medical personnel in attendance or their direction. I give permission for free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or written account of this event. I also understand my fee and any additional donations are nonrefundable. I am aware that dogs and children may be participating in this event. I hereby accept all responsibility for and acknowledge apparent authority on behalf of any minor I bring to &/or allow to participate in any of the events listed above. By submitting my application, I hereby agree strong>to hold all persons associated with these events harmless and indemnify them for any damages or harm caused as a result of my participation. One participant per entry. Event held rain or shine. ** Additional $2 added for XXL shirts.
